We ship our products to Europe and North America
If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly.
All our hand painted furniture is made to order completed by a professional artist in house. The set designs are templates only and not one design is exactly the same. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Any changes or added extras can be confirmed here, Please note the confirmation email is where we establish exactly what our customers design and is a very important part of the process. Please make sure all spellings, colours, design and character’s locations are exactly as you would like them and correct.
We do not offer a return option on any of our hand painted furniture as these are made to order items unless:
The furniture is damaged in transit
The artwork is incomplete
The artwork is not matching confirmation email
The colours are not matching the confirmation email
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order within 7 days, Refunds are not permitted after 7 days. Once a deposit is paid and a 7 day period has been exceeded Our Little Cherub are entitled to keep the full deposit.
SET THEMES
If you purchase a toy box with no additional personalisation and/or a set theme there is a 30 day returns policy

Please allow up to 6 weeks before delivery UNLESS a special order has been discussed between Our Little Cherub and Client directly we aim to deliver within 14 days
